Order Processing All products at Sak&Fib are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it enters production within 1–2 business days. Please allow 5–9 business days for production and delivery combined.
Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India only.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery: 5–9 business days from order date
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package. Sak&Fib is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at FibAndSak@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs (if applicable). We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
