Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sak&Fib, all our products are made-to-order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

  • The product received is defective (e.g., printing error, damaged item, manufacturing fault)
  • The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • The wrong size was delivered (different from what was ordered)

How to Raise a Claim: To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photographs of the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
